Canada: provinces adopt ‘Study & Stay’ program

‘Study and Stay’ offers a range of services to a select group of international students to help them fully integrate into Nova Scotia society.

It specifically targets international students from China, India and the Philippines, providing them with support for the duration of their courses to help them develop a career in the province. Continue reading

My Coquitlam, My Centennial Opening Reception

Put on by the Coquitlam Heritage Society from February 27 to August 22.  The exhibit features artifacts preserved from the old Centennial Secondary School building, interviews with past students, as well as photographs from past Centennial student and current Coquitlam City Councillor, Craig Hodge.

The reception is open to the public and tea, coffee, and light snacks will be served.
