About the Event
Starting a new life in a different country can be both exciting and overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating the pressures of finding employment and adjusting to a new culture. This workshop offers a supportive, inclusive space for newcomers and immigrants to learn practical tools for calming the nervous system, managing stress, and building resilience during times of uncertainty and change.
Through gentle breathwork, mindfulness practices, and guided somatic exercises, you’ll explore accessible techniques to release tension, restore emotional balance, and reconnect with a sense of inner stability – even when external circumstances feel uncertain.
Led by Tianne Allan, an experienced yoga therapist and wellness facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and professionals through life transitions, this session combines expert guidance with a compassionate approach.
