All this month, you can celebrate our varied Asian cultures through artifacts and history at Okanagan Heritage Museum Exhibit.
Canada’s cultural diversity is credited with strengthening the country socially, politically and economically.
On that basis, back in 2002 the Government of Canada declared May to be Asian Heritage Month; a time to acknowledge the long and rich history of Asian Canadians and their contributions to the growth and prosperity of Canada.
The Kelowna Museums Society is pleased to be a part of this year’s Okanagan Asian Heritage Month celebrations.
