Canada has published the full details of its 2027-2029 Immigration Levels Plan, confirming major changes to the allocation of permanent residence places while keeping overall immigration targets unchanged.
The new figures confirm that Canada will admit 380,000 permanent residents annually between 2027 and 2029, alongside 370,000 new temporary resident arrivals each year.
