NewToBC is managed by Public Library InterLINK. Public Library InterLINK is a federation of 18 public library systems in the Mainland / Southwest region of British Columbia. The federation benefits its member libraries by coordinating select library services, achieving economies of scale on purchasing, and increasing the services and collections available to patrons of all member libraries through the creation of sharing mechanisms.

Public Library InterLINK, its member libraries, and libraries across BC play a vital role in the planning and delivery of NewToBC services by providing high level administrative support, by hosting and contributing to cycles of the Library Champions Project, and by raising awareness about NewToBC services and resources.
