Library offers 20,000 square feet of collections and services.

Location:

Located on the Civic Plaza area near Abbotsford City Hall, UFV Clearbrook Centre, and the REACH Gallery Museum. accessible by public transit (see BC Transit: Central Fraser Valley Transit System).

Parking:

Ample parking available on both the east and west sides of the library – access from either Tretheway or George Ferguson Way.

Interesting Tips:

  1. The Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) has a “floating collection” that allows customers to access materials in any of the 25 libraries and reserve items at no cost.
  2. The University of the Fraser Valley opened the Clearbrook Centre in 2012 below the Clearbrook Library. The Centre has a focus on Continuing Studies and Applied Technology.
  3. The Clearbrook Library lounge looks out on the beautiful International Friendship Garden. The garden was initiated by the Abbotsford Sister-City Committee to celebrate Abbotsford’s long-term relationship with the City of Fukugawa in Japan.
