NewToBC is managed by Public Library InterLINK (InterLINK). InterLINK is a federation of 18 public library systems in the Mainland / Southwest region of BC. InterLINK coordinates library services to achieve cost advantages and increase the services and collections available to all member libraries. In Winter 2021, NewToBC expanded select project services and resources to support newcomers and libraries in communities and regions across BC. InterLINK, its member libraries, and libraries across BC play a vital role in the planning and delivery of NewToBC services by providing administrative support, by hosting cycles of the Library Champions Project, and by raising awareness about NewToBC services and resources.
