‘The library is part of the Hope and Area Recreation Centre.

Features:

Dedicated children’s area, fireplace lounge and magazine area. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, accessible, printer, photocopier, Wi-Fi.

Location:

Located on 6th Avenue in the Hope and Area Recreation Centre, north of the Old TransCanada Highway. Facility has a pool, ice arena and exercise equipment, and is close to the Curling Rink. Accessible by public transit (see Hope Regional Transit System).

Parking:

Free parking available in the Recreation Centre parking lot.

  3. Library Live and On Tour is an innovative, stereotype-shattering literacy initiative developed by Fraser Valley Regional Library that “delivers the library” to people who do not know about libraries or have some obstacle to visiting them.
  4. The Playground at FVRL offers customers of all ages free access to fun and engaging STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) related learning experiences. The Playground features lending collections and in-library experiences.
