Maple Ridge Public Library is the largest in the Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) system, with 37,000 square feet of space over two floors.

The library provides access to a broad range of materials to support learning English. The space also includes chess tables, a puzzle table, laptop desks and a quiet study area. The children’s area includes quiet reading space, play space, and a literacy corner with a magnetic wall, letters, numbers and pictures for parent-child play. The library is accessible and provides access to public computers, printer, photocopier, and Wi-Fi.
Location:
Maple Ridge Public Library is located in the Maple Ridge Business Centre, adjacent to Municipal Hall and the Memorial Peace Park right in the heart of downtown. Accessible by public transit (see Translink).
Parking:
One hour free parking is available in front of the library. Additional parking is available underground, which is free for the first hour and $0.75 each additional hour up to $4.00 for the day. Free parking is available on some of the side streets a short walk from the library.

- Library Live and On Tour is an innovative, stereotype-shattering literacy initiative developed by Fraser Valley Regional Library that “delivers the library” to people who do not know about libraries or have some obstacle to visiting them.
- The Playground at FVRL offers customers of all ages free access to fun and engaging STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) related learning experiences. The Playground features lending collections and in-library experiences.
