Teens! How creative can you get? It can be anything you put your mind to. Enter the Fraser Valley Regional Library’s Teen Creativity Contest. Runs from March 11 to May 10.

Teens (age 12-18 during the contest period) who live, work or play in a community served by our libraries. You do not need a library card to participate. FVRL staff and Board Members are not eligible to enter this contest.

HOW DO I ENTER THE CONTEST?
Submit your entry online through our contest microsite. Depending on what you are submitting, we recommend doing this:

  • Submit entries like poems, short stories, or creative writing to the contest site using the large text field (copy and paste). Maximum 2,500 words.
  • Submit entries like a digital photograph through the contest site’s Image Upload feature.
  • Submit entries like videos, animations, loop videos, audio recordings etc. to the contest site by sharing a link to your cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, Microsoft, Amazon, YouTube, Vimeo, Vine, Instagram). Remember to change the sharing settings so anyone with the link can view it.
  • Submit images of entries like a painting, drawing or three-dimensional object (such as robotics or creative structures/sculptures) to our email at teencontest@fvrl.bc.ca.
  • If you have any problems uploading your project to the contest site, email your project to teencontest@fvrl.bc.ca
