Originally built in the 1950s, with additions and renovations in 1978 and 2019 respectively. The library offers three floors and 43,000 square feet of collections and services.
Features:
The library features Microfilm scanners, meeting rooms, public computers, Wi-Fi, and automated checkout machines. Accessible Services provides services to seniors and library users with mobility challenges and/or print disabilities who live in the City of New Westminster.
Location:
Located in Uptown neighbourhood, located in commercial district on 6th Avenue, adjacent to Royal City Centre shopping mall, close to Moody Park. The library is accessible by public transit (see Translink).
